We offer a fully furnished villa with space for up to 7 guests - an oasis of tropical feeling with great privacy and security and just a minute walk from the beautiful beach. Our main aim is to make your stay being more than just holidays: we want you to create unforgettable memories.
The name "FALLINGCOCO" was chosen to remind ourselves, that life is short and what counts at the end is people you meet, things you do and memories you create.
Be brave, challenge yourself, have fun, get out of your comfort zone BUT always watch out for falling coconuts…

The villa is situated just 1 minute from the famous Paje beach where you will not only feel an astonishing vibe and laid-back lifestyle but also have the chance for a huge variety of activities, like for example Kitesurfing.
If you are seeking for some activities or want to have a viby surrounding, Paje is definitely your destination.

Our Villa is a unique place that offers everything you need to feel like home. Come back from a nice beach day and relax with your friends and family in your personal HOME in Zanzibar.
